Developing your mind and body
In addition to offering individual and group coaching to leaders and executives, I also provide a range of other wellbeing services. Often I’ll incorporate some of the below within the Elite Mindset Coaching programmes I offer, plus these services are also available as stand-alone classes or private sessions, which can work within a group setting or one-to-one.

Yoga classes: Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin
Yoga is a popular form of stress management for overworked executives. It strengthens the body and transforms the mind, too, and has even been shown to change the brain and physiology. I offer different styles of yoga depending on whether you need something to boost energy and enliven, or to combat stress and relax your mind and body.

Meditation and mindful living sessions
I offer a range of meditations and mindful living sessions for individuals and groups. Mindfulness and meditation is an incredibly beneficial way to encourage calm, clarity and focus. According to a study by Sala Horowitz, PhD (2010), mindfulness continues to be a compelling way to reduce stress, anxiety, anger, memory loss, and trauma.

Group fitness classes
I teach corporate groups (and in other settings, too) a range of fitness classes, from indoor cycling and bootcamp circuit training to BODYPUMP, core strength, core conditioning and cardio exercise. If you’re not sure which group fitness discipline is best for you, let’s have a chat about it, and I can recommend one or a combination of these approaches for your group.

Personal training and nutrition
I’m a personal trainer specialising in elite performance, weight training, endurance training and weight loss. I work with individuals or groups who would like to place a bigger emphasis on this aspect of their coaching. It’s the perfect add-on for those who haven’t focused on their fitness for a little while or those who simply wish to up their game.

Breath work (Pranayama) sessions
Breath work refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques where you intentionally change your breathing pattern. It can really improve mental and physical wellbeing! I specialise in Pranayama, which is about breath regulation and a component of most yoga practices. Working with individuals or groups, I can help you tap into your life energy.
